Kerala Civil Excise Officer Recruitment 2023 : Kerala Excise department has released the notification for the post of Civil Excise Officer. Kerala Civil Excise Officer Recruitment 2023 (MALE)

As already mentioned above the Kerala Public Service Commission has released notification for the post of Civil Excise Officer Recruitment 2023. Applications are invited online only from qualified male candidates for Selection to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government Service. Applications must be submitted online only through the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.gov.in) after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

Kerala PSC Civil Excise Officer Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Candidates to apply for the post must meet eligibility criteria as mentioned by the officials. The Eligibility criteria has been mentioned below.

Age Limit :

19-31, Candidates born between 02.01.1992 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post

(i)Other backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per the conditions mentioned.

(ii) For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.

Educational Qualifications :

Must have passed th Plus Two Examination or its equivalent

1. Candidates who have applied with equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification , should produce the relevant Government order to prove their equivalent qualifications at the time of verification.

Physical :

Must not be less than 165 cms in height and 81 cms round the chest with a minimum expansion of 5 cms

Note: In the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes the minimum height shall be 160 cms and the minimum chest measurement shall be 76 cms with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.

The candidate must pass the national physical efficiency one star standard test in any 5 of the 8 events listed below, with the minimum standard against each event. The candidate must also be physically fit in all other respects.

How to Apply for PSC Civil Excise Officer Recruitment 2023 ?

Step 1. Candidates shall register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION system on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.'for applying for the post.

Step 2. Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and Password

Step 3. Candidates shall click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective posts in the Notification Link for applying for a post.

Step 4. The Photograph uploaded in the profile of the candidate who have already registered should be taken after 31.12.2013. Candidates who are creating new profile from 01.01.2023 onwards must upload photograph which is taken within six months. Name of the candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs.

Step 5. No application fee is required.

Step 6. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission.

Step 7. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference. Candidates can take the printout of the application by clicking on the link ‘My applications’ in their profile. All correspondences with the
Commission, regarding the application should be accompanied with the print out of the application.

Applications submitted not in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Original documents to prove qualification , experience , community, age etc., have to be produced as and when called.

Special Instructions to Candidates

1. In the case of difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC Book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of Certificate Verification.

2. Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instruction given in the notification as Part-II, General Conditions before submitting application for the post. Applications which are not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the General Conditions are liable to be rejected

3. Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc., and are liable to be qualified for being considered for a particular post or debarment from applying to the Commission either permanently or for any period or the invalidation of their answer scripts or products in a written/practical test or the initiation of criminal or other proceedings against them or their removal or dismissal from office or the ordering of any other disciplinary action against them if they have already been appointed, or any one or more of the above
